And I actually made these a couple weeks ago.
But ignore those minor details.
Rather, bask in yet another Martha recipe success from The Mecca of Cookie Books.
While baking they smell exactly like brownies.
Taste like brownies, but lighter, and with an undertone of butter.
The actual recipe makes GIANT cookies.
aka yields 8
I was having none of that.
(plus I calculated the fat content in each GIANT cookie and it was too scary to put into practice).
I used a regular cookie scoop and it made 23.
Still a pretty small yield...
though not surprising since the recipe calls for a teensy bit of sugar and flour
