I've been baking almost every week.
And even taking pictures of what I've made, just so I can keep track of successes and failures.
Just haven't been posting anything.
I made this a couple of weeks ago and it was a huge hit at work
(so nice to have a built-in pool of hungry, sweet-tooth-fixated foodies to test recipes on).
A super simple recipe.
Velvety and buttery.
A giant chocolate chip cookie in a pie crust.
Best served warm and gooey with vanilla ice cream.
