Flower Shelves

The sweet little flowering plant someone gave me for my birthday 2 weeks ago is already very very dead, but I'd like to blame the flourescent lights in my office for that.

Perhaps I could coax a single flower or two in a glass tube in a wooden shelf to survive instead?
