I Think I hate the Internet

Because somehow we've all become passive blog-dwellers and site-browsers rather than active Doers of anything of note.  Sure, some people are doing things and blogging about them, but then the rest of us sit here and just READ about the cool things that OTHER people are doing.

Go do something.  At least reading a book or watching a movie makes you feel like you've ACCOMPLISHED something.  You've finished it.  You've completed it.  Internet-stalking is endless.  That's why it's addictive.  And somewhat painful.

David Foster Wallace is be right... we're all turning into Entertainment-craving couch potatoes.  Or desk potatoes.  Depending on where your computer is located.

Well OK then, you don't have to yell at me, do you?!

Kidding. You're so right. But, I mean, it is raining and all. And I've had a really busy week, so today seemed like a good day to cozy up with my favorite blogs. I will now log off and go clean my messy house. Happy weekend, munchkin:)

I'm going to go an unload my dishwasher. Does that count? Thanks for the reminder. Of course, you're right.

Happy Weekend!
