In my office so far today I've seen
A. A very regal black man dressed in full african tribal regalia - robes, a hat, the works

B. A woman wearing plaid flannel pajama pants and heels.
Talk about extremes.

And you'll begin to notice that some people there think every day is Casual Friday. I have witnessed sweatpants and crocs. On a Tuesday. Always gave me the chills.
I like that the workplace is so varied, but there's a clear line of what's acceptable and not.
