Good gracious mama it was glorious.
I was hesitant about the ricotta but OMG YOU NEED TO GET SOME FOR YOURSELF.

Not sure about the ricotta Ice Cream but Youve never steered me wrong yet!!!
With those pink colors, your gelato *does* kind of look like Winnie-the-Pooh's companion.
