There was a house I visited once in the Houston area (I want to say Sugarland), that had 3 or 4 secret passage ways. It wasn't an old house either. It was built, IIRC, in the late 80s. It was incredibly cool though. If I'd been rich, I would so have bought it (it was half a million way back then).
Being the simple person I am though, I'd settle for a 1 bedroom cottage in the woods with room for the dogs to run and a small garden.
My sister-in-law had a secret bookcase next to her fireplace in the living room- it led to a secret room at the front of the house. Jared and his cousin Chris used to spend their time in the room playing- you guessed it - video and computer games. Back then they played Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune... they were too cute holed up in the secret room-- Nora

Now a secret rotating bookshelf is something I could really dig.
Talk about indulging a former Nancy Drew freak.....
I'm in total love! Must find a crafty carpenter and then I could put my entire Nancy Drew collection on this, lol.
I am completely in love with this. I wouldn't have to get rid of any of my books. I have to find a way of getting this into my house.

Oh, that's definitely cool. I gotta have that some day.
