But The Fire is So Delightful

We decorated our Christmas trees last night and blasted the Ivy League Christmas acapella CD that always must must must accompany ornament-hanging.  Can you believe it's already December?!  I certainly can't.

I hate to be a deserter on the first day of this blog project bonanza (so many of you have left such lovely comments already - what a happy Monday!) but I'm surprisingly busy for the first time in three months.  Lame but true.  Now, I'm off to prowl a local farmer's market with my favorite food-obsessed auntie

I'll be back later this afternoon, hopefully with a full belly and stories to tell!

I love that fireplace...but all the white in the room scares me because I love to touch everything with spaghetti sauce coated fingers.

As for being-extra busy, I'm totally feeling your pain. I'm afraid I'm not going to have any time to decorate!

Hi, I love the fireplace, it looks so inviting. Hope you had fun at the farmer's market.
I decorated my christmas tree yesterday and am already feeling festive.

sadly i'm in california so it doesn't often get cold enough to light such a gorgeous fire. i'm originally from chicago and i always start to miss the white christmases and the warm fires!!

I just flipped the calendar over to November. It seems like I'm having trouble keeping up.
