Things that hurt

You know you have overdone it at the gym when....

... you make a left turn in the car and you almost squeal because the teensiest bend of your torso with the motion of the car - and then the return to a vertical position - sends shooting pains thru your midsection

...you cannot sit up in bed because of aforementioned midsection
...or from the kitchen table
...or from the couch

...your hamstrings are so tight that extending your stride more than 4 inches causes pain

Sore is an understatement.
